Proudly, 1st Step has achieved a 92% success rate, but our graduates aren’t just percentages on a page; they’re young men who came to us for different reasons, but are now leading better lives as husbands, fathers, employees, citizens—and men.


Our greatest pride is helping a troubled young man turn his life around, so that his story doesn’t end in tragedy behind bars, but with renewed hope and purpose.
